About

My name is Rich Razgaitis, most people call me Raz, and I’m a 36-year old Dad of two amazing kiddo’s and husband to my wife Erica. Currently we live in the Pac NW, but our location often revolves around the current business adventure we’re on.

I’ve been passionate about business my entire life, from my early days of selling Cutco knives (which I did from sales rep to branch manager over a period of three years–so I must’ve really liked it), to my other jobs at Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, and Executive-level roles at venture-capital back start-up’s, privately held turnaround and growth businesses, among others.

And while it sounds so trite, so much of the success in business, team sports, volunteerism–whatever–rests squarely on the shoulders of the people who are involved. As part of this, when people get dialed into their passion, or purpose, they really can achieve greatness–it’s really can be their destiny that awaits, though too often our “destiny and purpose” get shrouded into tangible and non-specifics like “make a lot of money” and “buy a McMansion.” That’s not the stuff I’m talking about…I’m referencing getting REALLY dialed in on what you’re supposed to be doing, and then doing it.

It’s now over two years since I started writing this blog. What began with a simple intention of connecting with people over a short period of time has turned into something bigger, and certainly a lot longer, than what I originally expected.

Within here I hope you find stories of redemption, opportunity, finding your purpose, identifying and living your passion. A lot of this isn’t original work, most of the best stuff I’m simply sharing that’s been learned from others along the way. As part of the journey, though, I hope to be able to shake the apathy of everyday life that sets in and encourages you to find, and keep pursuing, your purpose. And that you can have hope, believe, and expectations along the way that help you on your Journey of Renewal.
